Task 2: Responsibilities of an Art Director within contemporary graphic design practice

The creative director is a leader who determines the general creative direction for the brand, coordinates multiple departments, ensures all outputs meet the required objectives, and is responsible for the quality of the work.

The client director is in charge of business with clients, acting as a bridge between clients and designers. They translate client needs into goals for the design team, ensuring smooth workflow.

Senior designers are executors. They usually take responsibility for layout design, are proficient in using various software, and execute designs according to requirements, delivering the final works.

Still taking the "Shot on iPhone, Drawn on iPad" campaign as an example. The art director adopted Apple's consistent minimalist style, aiming to highlight the works themselves. The billboards used a pure black background and large-scale photos, creating a strong visual impact. This campaign transformed product features into artistic storytelling, inspiring a large number of users to participate.
